That Asian calendar.

On the first day of SWOTVAC, it also happened to be the night of the Dent ball #badtiming #why #weliketoparty #weneedtostudy.

Matt actually crashed his car prior to Dent ball and so was unable to pick me up/take me home. But he was being the biggest sweetheart and insisted on renting a car to take me back home. I really really was against the idea. It's so much effort/money to hire a car, and I can easily catch public transport. It ain't even bad. But we compromised eventually with, I would train down to him, but he would drive me back up. I ended up doing my makeup and my hair myself. This is the first time I've ever put so much makeup on myself, and to be honest, I'm happy with the job I did. I put eyeliner on my bottom lid for the first time in... like ever because I seriously look evil when I do it. But for some reason, on that night, it wasn't too bad.

My sister was kind enough to once again let me borrow one of her Zimmerman dresses.

The food was alright. In comparison to UQ, it would be pretty mediocre. The entrèe wasn't even a separate dish, but a shared antipasta sort of thing. And the main meals are shown above. It's lamb and chicken, and honestly, these were the most aesthetic photos of the many I took. Also the desserts were also shared!! They were mini petit fours, but I managed to sample all of them #ninja.  

It was actually quite disappointing because this year, there was no photobooth :( #whyyyyy.

But I had a good night! We sat in a first year table haha. And they were all so nice and chill. We basically ended up dancing the night away which was really good. This was also the first time I've ever worn a non-black dress to a formal event. My school formal, the previous three dent balls, I have all worn a long black dress. So I decided to do a change, and I'm glad I did. It's so much easier to dance in a short dress :3

I also saw my friend Nipuni!!!!! We took so many selfies, but I don't look great in them.. so they shall not see the light of day. But she's so gorgeous and so smart. She gets all 7s, and is contemplating if she should continue with dentistry, or begin medicine #toughlyf.
